TOP TIP – Make sure you get the prompt right. Spend time telling AI exactly what you want to ensure you get the best response.

Consider the following questions when crafting your prompt

  • How many days are you planning for?
  • How many meals per day (just dinner, or also breakfast and lunch)?
  • Any dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian, keto, high-protein)?
  • Any allergies or foods you want to avoid?
  • How much time do you usually have to cook?
  • Are you cooking for just yourself or others too?

This was the meal plan that AI generated for me it gives you and idea of what you might expect to see and how your might like to tweak it or change your prompt.
